By accessing, using, downloading, sharing, or interacting with this Diagnostic, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Proprietary Framework & Intellectual Property

The Stop-Starting-Over Diagnostic™, Closed-Loop Cadence™ (CLC™), Revenue Leakage Pilot System™ (RLPS™), Pilot Overlay Design System™ (PODS™), Cadence Builder™, and related terminology, frameworks, methodologies, language structures, scoring systems, concepts, diagrams, models, and implementation processes are proprietary intellectual property owned by Stephen E. Boutelle.

This Diagnostic and all associated materials are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Access and use this Diagnostic for personal, educational, or internal business evaluation purposes
  • Share links to the Diagnostic publicly provided attribution remains intact
  • Reference concepts with proper attribution to Stephen E. Boutelle and Closed-Loop Cadence™

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit the Diagnostic or framework
  • Repackage or relabel the methodology as your own

  • contact information may be used for follow-up communication related to operational improvement resources, educational content, or consulting services
  • your information will not be sold to third parties

Prosperity Unleashed reserves the right to maintain anonymized aggregate assessment data for research, benchmarking, and framework improvement purposes.

6. No Right-Click / Content Protection Measures

Technical measures may be implemented to discourage unauthorized copying, downloading, scraping, or reproduction of proprietary materials.

Attempting to bypass or circumvent such protections is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Prosperity Unleashed or Stephen E. Boutelle be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Diagnostic or related materials.
