Program Terms, Usage & Intellectual Property Notice

These Program Terms govern participation in any paid training, workshop, Sprint, membership, implementation container, digital resource, consulting engagement, or educational program offered by Prosperity Unleashed and Stephen E. Boutelle.
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any program, you agree to the following terms.

These terms apply to all proprietary programs, including but not limited to:

* Pilot Overlay Design System™ (PODS™)
* Revenue Leakage Pilot System™ (RLPS™)
* Closed-Loop Revenue Architecture™

* associated templates, documents, videos, diagrams, SOPs, frameworks, exercises, and implementation materials

2. Proprietary Intellectual Property
All program materials, frameworks, methodologies, terminology, structures, models, diagrams, systems, workflows, templates, and implementation processes are proprietary intellectual property owned by Stephen E. Boutelle.
Participation in any program does NOT transfer ownership or licensing rights to participants.
All rights reserved.

3. Permitted Use
Participants may:
* use materials internally within their own business
* apply concepts operationally within their organization
* reference concepts with attribution
Participants may NOT:
* reproduce, republish, distribute, sublicense, or resell materials
* teach or train the methodology commercially
* create derivative training or consulting programs
* copy framework structures for commercial use
* share paid materials outside authorized access
* record, duplicate, or redistribute proprietary sessions or content
* remove branding, trademark notices, or ownership references
Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

4. Trademark Notice
The following marks are proprietary framework identifiers currently in commercial use:

Use without written permission is prohibited.

5. Educational Purpose & No Guarantees
Programs are provided for educational, operational, and implementation-support purposes only.
No guarantees are made regarding:
* revenue outcomes
* operational improvements
* business growth
* implementation success
* pipeline performance
Results depend on participant execution, organizational conditions, and external variables beyond the control of Prosperity Unleashed and Stephen E. Boutelle.

6. Community & Membership Conduct
For programs involving group participation, memberships, or online communities:
Participants agree to:
* maintain respectful conduct
* avoid solicitation/spam
* not share confidential participant information
* not distribute proprietary materials externally
Access may be revoked for violations without refund.

7. Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital resources, downloads, templates, scorecards, assessments, and self-paced materials are final and non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Cadence Starter Pack™
- Cadence Builder™
- Demand Decision Scorecard™ resources
- Stop-Starting-Over™ resources
Programs and Workshops
Refund policies for live programs, workshops, Sprints, memberships, and consulting engagements will be stated on the applicable registration or service page.
Memberships
Membership programs may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not create refunds for prior billing periods.
Consulting and Strategic Engagements
Consulting, implementation, pilot, and strategic advisory engagements are governed by separate client agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability
Prosperity Unleashed and Stephen E. Boutelle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program.
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

9. Updates
Terms may be updated periodically without notice.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of current terms.
