What counts as a “rep” (examples):
- PIPELINE: 10-minute follow-up block • 5 reactivation messages • move 1 proposal forward
- DELIVERY: ship 1 milestone • close 1 open loop (ticket/doc/decision) • 1 close-loop client update
- OFFER: write the one-sentence offer • choose one CTA • send offer + CTA to 3 warm contacts
