Stop-Starting-Over Sprint — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of the Stop-Starting-Over Sprint (“Sprint”), a digital implementation sprint delivered via email and a private Facebook group (“Group”), offered by Prosperity Unleashed / Stephen Boutelle (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Sprint, you agree to these Terms.

1) What you’re buying

The Sprint is a time-bound, digital implementation program designed to help you install a Micro-Correction Loop through daily reps, check-ins, and feedback. Your purchase includes:

  • Sprint access for the Sprint dates listed on the sales page and in your Start Here email

  • Daily email prompts/instructions

  • Participation access to the private Facebook Group (if applicable)

  • Asynchronous feedback (as described on the sales page)

  • Weekly office hour (live and/or recorded, as described on the sales page)

2) Delivery + access

  • Delivery occurs through email and the private Facebook Group.

  • You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and ensuring deliverability (checking spam/promotions, whitelisting, etc.).

  • If you use PayPal or a different billing email than your primary inbox, you are responsible for monitoring both addresses or notifying us of your preferred access email.

3) Participation requirements

To get results, you are expected to participate by shipping reps and submitting check-ins. You understand the Sprint is not a self-paced course library; it is implementation support.

4) Community standards

If the Sprint uses a private Facebook Group, you agree to:

  • Follow Group rules and maintain respectful conduct

  • Not post spam, solicitations, harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior

  • Not share other participants’ private information or content outside the Group without explicit permission

We reserve the right to remove you from the Group for violations, without refund.

5) No guarantees of income or business results

We do not guarantee revenue, client acquisition, platform growth, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your effort, choices, market conditions, and implementation.

6) Implementation Guarantee (your refund policy)

This Sprint includes an Implementation Guarantee (not a satisfaction guarantee).

If you complete the required participation standards and do not finish with a repeatable Micro-Correction Loop, you may request a full refund by emailing founder@prosperityunleashed.com within 48 hours of Sprint Day 14 ending.

To qualify, you must provide evidence you completed:

  1. Shipped 10 reps in 14 days (as defined in the Start Here email for your Sprint cohort and documented in the Group and/or by email).
  2. Submitted daily check-ins on 12 of 14 days (Result + Next time I will…).
  3. Attended 1 office hour live OR watched 1 recording (as described on the sales page).

Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window, or without meeting the standards above, will not be approved.

7) Payment terms + chargebacks

You agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us at founder@prosperityunleashed.com to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Sprint and related materials.

8) Intellectual property

All Sprint materials (emails, PDFs, prompts, frameworks, recordings, and content) are our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal business use. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publish Sprint materials

  • Share login/access, Group content, or recordings outside the Sprint

  • Use Sprint materials to create a competing program

9) Confidentiality

We will not intentionally share your private submissions outside the Sprint without your permission. You understand that participation in a Facebook Group includes visibility to other members and is subject to Facebook’s platform policies.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Sprint is limited to the amount you paid for the Sprint.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
